Hi! And welcome to my page!

My name is Dave and I am a step dad. 

I have a beautiful wife, two wonderful (if testing) kids, a dog and a tortoise.

I became a step dad in my mid 30s having had zero experience with kids and thought it would be fun to document the highs, lows and hilarity of being thrust into this life and blagging my way through it like I know what the hell I'm doing!

As a brief disclaimer, I am by no means an expert in this field, I'm riddled with all sorts of deep seated anxieties and complexes, and I'm certainly not trying to tell people how to parent!

This is just a light-hearted look into my views on the trials and tribulations of trying to raise a couple of well rounded humans!
